Broadway Partners hires firm to lease 968,831 square foot premier suburban office asset in Waltham
Boston, February 14, 2008: DTZ FHO Partners, a leader in the real estate advisory services field with extensive experience in the Route 128 office market, announced today that its Asset Advisory Group has been hired by Broadway Partners as exclusive leasing agent for Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham.
Bay Colony is regarded as the premier office park in suburban Boston. The four-building complex sits on a 58-acre hilltop site overlooking the Cambridge Reservoir and Route 128.
