DTZ FHO Partners Announces Two New Leases for Insulet Corporation in Bedford, Mass
Marking Continued Expansion in the Medical Device Field for Massachusetts
Boston, March 10, 2008: DTZ FHO Partners, a leader in the commercial real estate services field with extensive experience in the Boston-area office market, announced today that Insulet Corporation has signed leases at 7 and 9 Oak Park in Bedford, Mass.
Insulet Corporation, a Bedford, MA based medical device company, continues to grow and expand. Insulet recently expanded into 10,516 square feet at 7 Oak Park and renewed on 53,000 square feet at 9 Oak Park. This follows on the heels of a 14,000 SF warehouse building on Progress Road in the fall of 2007. 7 Oak Park will house a customer support group while 9 Oak Park will continue as Insulet’s headquarters.
