DTZ FHO Partners Announces Rugby Realty Acquires Two Buildings in Canton Commerce Center, Canton, Massachusetts
Boston, March 13, 2008: DTZ FHO Partners, a leader in the commercial real estate advisory services field, announced today that Rugby Realty Co., Inc., a New Rochelle, NY real estate firm, has acquired two buildings in the Canton Commerce Center in Canton, Massachusetts which total 178,397 square feet.
85 Dan Road is a single-story 78,708 square foot office building that sold for $5,100,000 and will be leased to Organogenesis for their executive offices. The seller was iStar Financial.
275 Dan Road is single-story, 99,689 square foot flex / R&D and office building that sold for $5,00,000 and is partially tenanted and available for lease. The seller was CW Capital of Newton, Massachusetts.
