DTZ FHO Partners Announces New Lease for Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP at One Beacon Street
Boston, March 27, 2008: DTZ FHO Partners, a leader in the commercial real estate services field with extensive experience in the downtown Boston office market, announced today that Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP has renewed and expanded its lease at One Beacon Street in downtown Boston. The new lease agreement consists of 11,109 square feet of office space on the 33rd floor.

One Beacon Street was recently awarded the Energy Star label for implementing energy efficient products and practices. The property manager, CB Richard Ellis, has also applied for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
