DTZ FHO Partners Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for Two Buildings at Christian Science Plaza in Boston
Boston, April 3, 2008: The First Church of Christ, Scientist, today announced the selection of DTZ FHO Partners Asset Advisory Group to oversee its planned interim leasing of two office buildings on the Christian Science Plaza. DTZ FHO Partners is a leader in the real estate advisory services field, with extensive experience in the Boston office market.
Short-term leases will be offered for portions of the buildings located at 177 Huntington Avenue and at 101 Belvidere Street. The Church announced that employees currently working in these structures would relocate to the newly refurbished Publishing House building at 210 Massachusetts Avenue. That relocation is expected to be completed within the next 60 days. The Publishing House building is also home of The Mary Baker Eddy Library.
Long term use of the buildings will be determined as part of the ongoing master planning that will involve the City of Boston and representatives from the community in an interactive public process.
