Smith & Brink Signs Lease for 15,861 Square Feet
Boston, October 4, 2007: DTZ FHO Partners and Campanelli Companies are pleased to announce their seventh office lease of Granite Woods Corporate Center, Braintree, Massachusetts with the recent signing of Smith & Brink for 15,861 square feet in Building Two. Smith & Brink will be relocating from 122 Quincy Shore Drive in Quincy.
The lease with Smith & Brink combined with recently signed leases with Visiting Nurses Association of Boston, Traveler’s Indemnity Insurance, Verizon, Oriental Motor USA Corp., Top Source LLC and Henry Schein, total 119,000 square feet and brings the occupancy to 81% in less than eight months.
Granite Woods Corporate Center consists of two first class office buildings located at the intersection of Route 128/93 and 3, next to the South Shore Plaza. Campanelli Companies, in the fall of 2006, commenced with a multi-million dollar redevelopment of the property constructing new entry lobbies, common areas, extensive landscaping upgrades and new mechanical and infrastructure systems. The property features large floor plates of 40,000 square feet sub-dividable to 5,000 square feet, outstanding corporate visibility, covered parking, reservoir views, fiber optics, heavy power and a new amenity package including the creation of a small park next the reservoir.
