DTZ FHO Partners Announces New 16,285-SF Lease for University of Phoenix at Two Adams Place in Braintree. Mass.
South Shore Campus Relocates to Premier Location on Granite Street
September 9, 2008: – DTZ FHO Partners, a leader in the commercial real estate services field with extensive experience in the Boston-area office market, announced today that the University of Phoenix has leased 16,285 square feet of office space at Two Adams Place in Braintree to serve as the university’s South Shore campus. University of Phoenix will be relocating from 100 Grossman Drive in Braintree.
Owned by HRPT Properties Trust, Two Adams Place is strategically located on Granite Street at the intersection of Route 3, Interstate 93, and Route 128 on the Quincy/Braintree line. The site is approximately nine miles south of Boston and is easily accessed from both Interstate 93 and Route 128. Area amenities include full service hotels and conference centers, including a Sheraton Braintree, the newly built Marriott Quincy Hotel, a Candlewood Suites and a Hampton Inn. The Bright Horizons Child Care Facility and the South Shore Plaza, which has over 180 stores and restaurants, are also located within minutes of the buildings.
