DTZ FHO Partners Renews Leases Totaling 26,554 SF With Arbella Capital Corporation

101 Edgewater Drive in Wakefield, Mass., is one of seven buildings located in Edgewater Office Park, right off of Route I-95, and consists of a total of 77,214 square feet of office space. Area amenities include The Colonial Hotel and Golf Resort, Boston Sports Club and numerous restaurants. Edgewater Office Park is managed by JRT Realty Group, Inc.
