Glenn Verrette, who has been in the real estate business for over 20 years, is a Partner at FHO Partners. Glenn co-heads our Asset Advisory Group, which focuses exclusively on representing owners of commercial office buildings. He currently represents and advises several institutional owners in the leasing and marketing of their properties in Boston’s Financial District and Back Bay markets.
Prior to joining FHO Partners, Glenn led Equity Office’s Boston office. He was directly responsible for marketing, leasing, and overall revenue for Equity Office Property’s 13 million square foot Boston portfolio. During this time, Glenn and EOP’s leasing team averaged over 225 lease transactions annually, for an aggregate lease value of over $3.5 billion. Major assignments and transactions included the highly acclaimed redevelopment and re-leasing of the then empty 570,000 SF 40-story, 28 State Street building; plus the re-positioning, marketing and leasing of the 1 MSF 100 Summer Street. Additionally, Glenn has leased Rowes Wharf, 225 Franklin Street, 75-101 Federal Street, 100 High Street, 125 Summer Street and 60 State Street.
Glenn has closed many of downtown Boston’s major lease transactions including Putnam Investments (300,000 SF), Nixon Peabody (175,000 SF), Cambridge Associates (140,000 SF), Grantham Mayo van Otterloo (85,000 SF), McDermott Will & Emery (80,000 SF) and Citizens Bank (70,000 SF).
Glenn has been involved in numerous charitable, civic, and industry organizations including The United Way, Trust for City Hall Plaza, Commercial Brokers Association, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
