Ali Cavanaugh is a Senior Vice President at FHO Partners. With over nine years of corporate real estate experience, Ali’s concentration is client services and tenant representation. Her responsibilities include marketing and presenting office space, reporting to clients, researching market data and completing lease transactions. Ali also works with corporate clients both locally and on a national and international basis on assignments for local technology, legal, financial services firms and non-profit organizations.

During her career, she has been involved in transaction management for clients such as AARP, Cambridge Associates, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge and several privately held financial services/investment management firms. Ali has completed assignments for AARP, AIR Worldwide, Cambridge Associates, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge and other transactions for the firm’s financial services clients in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Japan.

Prior to FHO Partners, Ali worked for Trammell Crow Company as a Vice President. Prior to Trammell Crow Company, she was a Client Services Manager with Meredith & Grew and an Associate with Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust.

Ali received a BS from Babson College. She is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and NEWIRE (New England Women in Real Estate).
