As a founding partner of FHO Partners, Rick has been in the real estate business for over 25 years concentrating his efforts on working with corporate and institutional clients in Boston and across the country.
Rick and his teams have acted as portfolio and transaction managers for several corporate clients including American Express, Ameriprise Financial Services, Boston Financial Data Services, Fidelity Investments and PTC assisting clients in implementing portfolio-wide strategic initiatives. In addition to his practice in Boston, Rick has completed assignments in almost every major city throughout North America including a headquarters project for ING in Windsor, CT (275,000 SF); Wachovia in Boston (195,000 SF); Boston Financial Data Services in Quincy (240,000 SF); Ameriprise Financial in Omaha, NB (60,000 SF) and over 300 projects for Ameriprise and American Express.
Prior to founding FHO Partners, Rick was a Principal of Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of Trammell Crow Company. He was named a top producer each year at Trammell Crow Company from 1999 to 2006.
Rick is a former Board of Director of Boston Federal Savings Bank and is a member of Board of Visitors of New England Baptist Hospital. He is an active member of Corenet Global and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
