Sean Teague, who is a founding Partner of FHO Partners, has been in the real estate business for 25 years. Sean concentrates his efforts on working with both institutional and corporate clients in the greater Boston area as well as across the country. During his career, Sean has been on the transaction and portfolio teams for major corporate clients such as Boston Scientific, Cookson Electronics, Staples, and many others assisting corporate clients managing transactions across the country.
Sean was awarded the 2006 Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Office Deal of the Year for representing Tyco Healthcare in their lease (475,000 SF) in Mansfield and the 2006 Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Industrial Deal of the Year for representing AutoPart International in its 347,000 SF lease in Norton.
Prior to FHO Partners, Sean was a Partner of Fallon Hines & O’Connor in 1988, which in 1998 became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company. Sean received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and is actively involved in numerous organizations throughout the city.
