Ted Lyon has been in the commercial real estate industry for over eight years. He specializes in representing corporate clients in the leasing of office and R&D space in the Cambridge and Watertown markets, as well as nationally and internationally. Ted is a former Greater Boston Real Estate Board Rookie of the Year.
During his career, Ted has acted as exclusive broker for over 50 companies including ARIAD, Biogen Idec, Communispace, Orchard Brands and Rue La La.
Prior to joining FHO Partners, Ted was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company.
Ted received an MBA from Boston College, a BA from Trinity College and has continued his education in the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program at Boston University. Ted is a CBA Board Director and a member of the Mass Biotech Council Economic Advisory Board. In addition, he is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics of Massachusetts and was recently inducted into the SOMA Hall of Fame for his work as a Board Member of Bio-Ball.
