Ted Lyon has been in the commercial real estate industry for seven years. He is currently a Senior Vice President at FHO Partners. Ted specializes in representing corporate clients in the leasing of office and R&D space in the Cambridge and Watertown markets, as well as nationally and internationally. Ted is a former Greater Boston Real Estate Board Rookie of the Year.
During his career, Ted has acted as exclusive broker for over 50 companies including ARIAD, Biogen Idec, Communispace, Orchard Brands, Retail Convergence, Schering-Plough, Student Universe and ViaCell.
Prior to joining FHO Partners, Ted was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company.
Ted received an MBA from Boston College, a BA from Trinity College and has continued his education in the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program at Boston University. In addition, he is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
