Joe Fallon, who is a founding partner and Managing Director of FHO Partners, has been in the real estate business for 28 years representing corporations in the leasing and sale of office, R&D, Laboratory and distribution/warehouse space.
Joe’s focus has been in various submarkets of Boston and he has executed transactions all throughout Greater Boston and many metropolitan areas throughout the United States and the world.
Prior to FHO Partners, Joe was a founding Partner and President of Fallon Hines & O’Connor in 1988, which in 1998 became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company where he was the Managing Director of the Brokerage Group. Before Trammell Crow Company, Joe was a Vice President at Spaulding & Slye and a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Joe received a BA from The College of the Holy Cross. He is an active member of CoreNet, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Financial Executives Institute, The Chief Executives Club of Boston, and is a Trustee of the Central New England Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the Finance Committee of the Society of New England Jesuits.
