Kevin Hanna, who is a partner of FHO Partners, has been in the real estate business for 22 years representing corporations seeking to lease or purchase real estate.  Kevin is a recognized industry leader, specializing in tenant representation in the life sciences, technology and industrial sectors.  He focuses his expertise on the Metrowest real estate submarket. 

Kevin joined Cushman & Wakefield shortly after graduating from Boston College with a BA in Economics.  He advanced quickly to the position of Executive Director in the firm's Brokerage Group.  During his tenure there, Kevin participated in the lease and sale of more than 15 million square feet of space.  His clients included Netezza, International Data Group and 3Com Corporation, and his sale transactions include the 3Com Campus (531,000 SF) in Marlborough and the former Lucent Campus (500,000 SF) also in Marlborough.  Kevin was consistently recognized as one of the top performers in the country at Cushman & Wakefield.

Kevin is an active member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Hyannis Port Golf Club and chairs the Board of Directors for Best Buddies of Massachusetts.
