Lease Analyst

Lynne Brown, who has fifteen years experience both on the Landlord and Tenant side of the real estate industry, focuses on providing lease administration services for corporate clients as well as financial analysis of corporate leasing options for the brokerage advisory group.

Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Lynne was a consultant with Lease Administration Solutions, and has worked in the Real Estate and Tax Departments of Au Bon Pain and American Tower. She was the Director of Lease Administration Services for Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Everest. She began her real estate career as a property manager with Capital Properties.

Lynne received a BA from New England College in Arundel, UK.
