Kathryn S. Breen
Project Manager
Kate Breen has been in the real estate business for three years and is currently a Project Manager at DTZ FHO Partners.
Kate has focused her efforts on tenant improvement projects for clients in the educational, R&D, and investment industries. Her current projects range from 21,000 SF reconfigurations to 30,000 SF expansions and renovations. She is also responsible for the day-to-day moves, additions and changes for a private investment firm in downtown Boston.
Before joining DTZ FHO Partners, Kate was an Assistant Project Manager at Trammell Crow Company.
Kate received a BA from Colgate University.
