John J. Boyle, III
Partner
John Boyle is a founding Partner at FHO Partners. He has been in the real estate business for over 21 years with a primary focus in the Suburban Office Market, specifically along the Route 128 office corridor. During his tenure in the real estate business, John has been involved with over 1,000 transactions including representing such firms as Epsilon, Google, Kronos, Microsoft, Monitor, PTC and Phase Forward.
John has also led client teams providing transaction management services to multi-market global corporate portfolios for such clients as Epsilon, Kronos and PTC. He has completed transactions in every major US city and many international markets throughout his career.
He was named one of the “Hot Brokers” in the United States by Commercial Property News and was awarded Suburban Deal of the Year for his efforts on IBM’s 200,000 SF lease in Lexington. Prior to founding FHO Partners, John was a Principal of Trammell Crow Company, and prior to that, of Fallon Hines & O’Connor. John received a BA from Bates College and is a Board Member of The Walker School in Needham and is on the Board of Overseers for Bay Cove Shelter. He is a former Board of Trustees Member for Nativity Prep School and Big Brother.
