Glenn P. Verrette
Partner, Asset Advisory Group
Glenn Verrette, who has been in the real estate business for over 20 years, is a Partner at DTZ FHO Partners. Glenn co-heads the newly formed Asset Advisory Group, which focuses exclusively on representing owners of commercial office buildings. He currently represents and advises several institutional owners in the leasing and marketing of their properties in Boston’s Financial District and Back Bay markets.
Prior to joining DTZ FHO Partners, Glenn led Equity Office’s Boston office. He was directly responsible for marketing, leasing, and overall revenue for Equity Office’s 13 million square foot Boston portfolio. During this time, Equity Office’s leasing team averaged over 225 lease transactions annually, for an aggregate lease value of over 3.5 billion dollars. Major assignments and transactions included the highly acclaimed redevelopment and re-leasing of the 40-story, 28 State Street building; 500,000 SF of leases with Fidelity Investments, Nixon Peabody, and Cambridge Associates at 100 Summer Street; Putnam Investments’ 300,000 SF renewal and expansion at One Post Office Square; and RBS Citizen’s Bank’s 70,000 SF renewal at 28 State Street.
Over the years, Glenn has been involved in numerous charitable, civic, and industry organizations including The United Way, Trust for City Hall Plaza, Commercial Brokers Association, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
