Senior Project Manager

Libby Spath, who has been in the real estate business for 18 years, is a Senior Project Manager at DTZ FHO Partners. Libby performs as the lead project manager on a dedicated corporate account that includes the management of the client’s capital real estate budget for Tenant Improvements. Libby reports directly to the client’s Corporate Real Estate Director with monthly executive reporting. Libby’s role includes client relations, developing budget and schedule for tenant improvement projects, negotiating contracts, coordinating the efforts of the Construction Manager, Architect, Engineer, and City building officials, and the tenant’s Furnishings, Fixtures & Equipment.

Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Libby was a Senior Project Manager at Trammell Crow Company for seven years. Before Trammell Crow Company, Libby certified Alliance Builders as the Building Contractor, was a Closing Agent at Alliance Title, and was a Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Hartung & Eubanks.

Libby received a BS from Florida State University.
