Associate

Liz Schoetz, who has been in the real estate business for five years, is an Associate at DTZ FHO Partners. In this position, Liz is responsible for providing research services and market analysis on a local and national level as well as producing monthly and quarterly statistics and newsletters.

Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Liz held the positions of Research Associate and Lease Administrator at Trammell Crow Company, and prior to that, was a Leasing Assistant at Equity Office Properties in Boston.

Liz received a JD from Suffolk University Law School and BA from Providence College. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
