Kim C. Roop
Senior Vice President
Kim Roop, who has been in the real estate business since 2000, is a Senior Vice President at DTZ FHO Partners. Kim represents tenants in the leasing and sale of office, research & development, and industrial space in the suburban office market. More recently her efforts have been concentrated on National Corporate and Portfolio Advisory Services for several large national clients, managing the leasing of their portfolio throughout New England and the Southeast United States. Kim was the key member of the Ameriprise transaction management team and was responsible for over 120 transactions throughout the country.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Kim was a Vice President with Trammell Crow Company.
Kim received a BS from the University of Vermont.
