Senior Associate

Mike O’Leary, who has been in the real estate business for five years, is a Senior Associate at DTZ FHO Partners. Mike concentrates his efforts in the Route 495 North / Route 128 Central submarkets and has represented numerous tenants and select landlords in the leasing and sale of office, R&D and light manufacturing space. Landlord clients include Boston Properties, New Boston Fund and RREEF. He has also worked with corporate clients including Phase Forward, PRTM and SigmaTel.

Prior to working for DTZ FHO Partners, Mike was a Senior Associate at Trammell Crow Company, and preceding that, worked at Grubb & Ellis and CRESA Partners. Before beginning his real estate career, Mike played two years of professional hockey in Germany.

Mike received a BA from Bowdoin College and is a member of the Commercial Broker Association (CBA), the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), the Bowdoin College Young Alumni Association, and the Belmont Hill School Alumni Association.
