Deanne M. Pace
Senior Vice President, Lease Audit Services
Deanne Pace has been in the real estate industry for 22 years and is a Senior Vice President of Lease Audit Services at DTZ FHO Partners. During her career, Deanne has worked extensively on behalf of both tenants and landlords. Her background in property accounting and building management enables her to offer our clients a focused evaluation of the various financial obligations related to their real estate. Deanne provides lease audits, lease negotiation support, budgeting and consulting services to several key corporate clients including Biogen Idec, Boston Financial Data Services, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP and Kronos Incorporated. Since 2001, she has conducted audits for client offices all over the United State, recovering over $5.7 million dollars in overpayments.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Deanne was a Vice President, Lease Audit Services at Trammell Crow Company, a Senior Lease Auditor at The TJX Companies, a Commercial Lease Administrator for The Nelson Companies, and an Assistant Property Manager for The Codman Company.
Deanne received a BS in Finance from Bentley College and over the years has been actively involved in numerous business and civic organizations including The National Retail Tenant’s Association and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. She was also recently recommended by one of Boston’s largest landlords to present a seminar to local BOMA members on The Tenant’s Perspective on Lease Auditing.
