Ted Lyon
Vice President
Ted Lyon has been in the commercial real estate industry for over six years. He is currently a Vice President at DTZ FHO Partners. Ted specializes in representing corporate clients in the leasing of office and R&D space in the Cambridge and Watertown markets, as well as nationally and internationally. Ted was named Rookie of the Year by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in 2004.
During his career, Ted has acted as exclusive broker for over 50 companies including Appleseed’s, ARIAD, Biogen Idec, Communispace, Schering-Plough, SmartBargains, Student Universe and ViaCell.
Prior to joining DTZ FHO Partners, Ted was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company. Ted received an MBA from Boston College, a BA from Trinity College and has continued his education in the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program at Boston University. In addition, he is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
