Barry T. Hynes
Partner
Barry Hynes, who has been practicing commercial real estate for over 20 years, was named a Partner at FHO Partners upon its formation in February 2007. Barry’s practice concentrates on the leasing of office space in the Boston, Back Bay and Charlestown office markets for corporate clients and project leasing.
Barry has extensive experience in representing both tenants and landlords in many high-profile and complex real estate transactions. He has advised a number of high-profile Boston-based firms in multiple transactions including: Fish & Richardson; Hinckley, Allen & Snyder; The Aberdeen Group, Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks to name a few. In addition, he has been engaged to consult with a number of Boston Landlords on property assignments such as: 101 Arch Street, Constitution Center, 75-101 Federal Street- and One Franklin Street.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Barry was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and prior to that, a Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts where he was recognized by Cushman & Wakefield as the recipient of its Service Excellence Award in 1995. Barry received a BA from Boston College and is actively involved in numerous organizations throughout the city including The Adopt-A-Student Foundation and The Boston Public Library Foundation, The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and the Boston College Alumni Association.
