Senior Vice President, Financial Analysis
Cathy Hughes, who has been active in the real estate business for over 15 years, is a Senior Vice President at DTZ FHO Partners. Cathy concentrates her efforts on the financial analysis of corporate occupancy options for the brokerage advisory group. During her career, Cathy has provided customized analysis of leasing and lease-versus-purchase options on an on-going basis for many clients, both locally and around the globe.
Cathy started in real estate as a Researcher/Financial Analyst at Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of Trammell Crow Company, where she was made a Vice President specializing in financial analysis on behalf of corporate clients. Cathy received a PhD from Brandeis University, an MA at Boston College and a BA at Radcliffe College. Cathy is actively involved in numerous organizations throughout the city, including Harvard Radcliffe Chorus.
