Deborah L. Howerton
Vice President
Debbie Howerton, who has been in the real estate business for over 15 years, is a Vice President at DTZ FHO Partners. Debbie’s concentration was initially in the management and analysis of financial expenditures for banking and investment services companies’ owned and leased properties. Debbie’s focus now includes tenant representation and client services. Debbie presents office and lab space to potential clients, markets office and lab space, compiles and researches data for market surveys and completes lease transactions in both the Cambridge and Boston office markets. More recently her efforts have been concentrated on Global Corporate Advisory Services for a large client handling the leasing of their global portfolio.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Debbie was a Senior Associate at Trammell Crow Company. Before Trammell Crow Company, she was a Lease Administrator at R.M. Bradley & Company, a Real Estate Coordinator at Fidelity Investments and a Leasing Specialist with Shawmut Bank.
Debbie received an AS from Fisher College and a BS from Boston University.
