Brian T. Hines

Brian Hines, a founding Partner of FHO Partners, has been in the real estate business for 26 years. Brian focuses primarily on the Greater Boston Suburban Office Market and specifically the Route 128 office corridor where he has represented numerous tenants and select landlords in the leasing and sale of office, R&D and light manufacturing space.
During his tenure in this marketplace, Brian has been involved with the leasing or sale of over 13 million square feet of space with an aggregate value of over $1.8 billion. He was selected as the Commercial Broker of the Year in 2000 by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Before founding FHO Partners, in 1988 Brian was a founding Partner of Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which ten years later became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company. Prior to working for Trammell Crow Company, Brian was a Vice President at The Codman Company and a Leasing Broker at Meredith & Grew.
Brian received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and is an active member of numerous organizations throughout the city.
