J. Duncan GrattonDuncan Gratton has over 25 years of experience in the Greater Boston commercial real estate market. For the last 13 years he was responsible for all aspects of the leasing and marketing operations for a portfolio of over 6,000,000 square feet for Equity Office in Boston. Duncan is a Partner at DTZ FHO Partners and is co-head of the Asset Advisory Group. In Duncan’s career at Equity Office, he was involved with leasing and marketing such trophy assets as 500 Boylston Street and 222 Berkeley Street in the Back Bay, 75/101 Federal Street in the Financial District, as well as an 850,000 SF portfolio in Cambridge that included One Memorial Drive and The Cambridge Science Center, The Wellesley Office Park, New England Executive Park in Burlington and 275 Grove Street in Newton.

Duncan has been involved in many of greater Boston’s largest and most complex real estate transactions. Highlights include the successful leasing of 500,000 SF of a speculative office building at 275 Grove Street in Newton, the leasing of over 590,000 SF of space at the Crosby Corporate Center in Bedford, the 325,000 SF Houghton-Mifflin renewal at 500 Boylston Street and 222 Berkeley Street, and the 130,000 SF life sciences conversion of The Cambridge Science Center in Kendall Square.

Duncan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Brokers Association and is a graduate of Boston University with a BA in Political Science.
