Eric B. Foster
Vice President
Eric Foster has been in the real estate business for eight years and is a Vice President at DTZ FHO Partners. His efforts are primarily concentrated in the Metrowest / Route 495 Central Market, where he represents corporations in the leasing and sale of office, R&D, laboratory and distribution/warehouse space.
Eric has worked with numerous clients in the Metrowest and 495 markets of Boston. Eric’s headquarters transaction experience includes NORESCO and Xerium Technologies in Westborough, Pinnacle Financial Group in Southborough, Tilted Mill Entertainment in Framingham, MembersFirst in Wayland, Clinivation in Natick and The Davis Companies in Marlborough. Eric has also helped clients, such as INFOR Global Solutions in Framingham, with sales and satellite offices. He has performed multiple lease transactions for Sepracor in Marlborough, Stryker Biotech in Hopkinton, NXP Semiconductors in Southborough and Highland-March Executive Suites in Westborough. His acquisition/disposition experience includes assignments for William B. Meyer in Foxborough, AIG and Teva Pharmaceuticals in Canton, Moeller Electric in Franklin, and Perkins in Taunton.
Before working for DTZ FHO Partners, Eric was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company, and prior to that, an Assistant Vice President at Spaulding & Slye Colliers.
Eric received a BA from Middlebury College. He is actively involved in mentoring at the Dearborn Elementary School and a Board Member at the Greater Boston Food Bank Kitchen Cabinet.
