Peter S. Farnum
Partner
Peter Farnum, who has been active in the Boston commercial real estate market since 1980, is a founding partner of FHO Partners. Peter’s primary focus is the Boston and Back Bay office markets, where he has been successful in completing over 500 transactions during his career. Peter’s practice covers the spectrum of representing small to mid-sized companies such as Anchor Capital Advisors and Windward Management to working with the regional portfolio for large national banks such as Bank of America, Bank of Tokyo, Key Bank, Sovereign Bank and Wachovia. In addition, Peter and his team are responsible for over 50 separate lease transactions with AARP. Peter was awarded the Commercial Brokers Association’s Downtown Deal of the Year in 2005.
Prior to founding FHO Partners, Peter was a Principal of Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company.
Peter received a BA from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a certificate from MIT’s Center for Real Estate Continuing Education. He is actively involved with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Freedom Trail Foundation, the Commercial Brokers Association, the University of Massachusetts Executive Club, and the Alumni Association of Proctor Academy.
