Joseph P. Fallon
Partner
Joe Fallon, who is a founding partner and Managing Partner of FHO Partners, has been in the real estate business for 25 years representing corporate and institutional clients in Boston and across the world. Joe has acted as portfolio and transaction manager for several corporate clients including Biogen Idec, Boston Scientific Corporation, Genzyme, Staples, and Sepracor.
Joe’s focus is in the life science industry in Cambridge and the suburban markets of Boston. He has completed transactions in most major US cities and many international markets.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Joe was a founding Partner and President of Fallon Hines & O’Connor in 1988, which in 1998 became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company where he was the Managing Director of the Brokerage Group.
Joe received a BA from The College of the Holy Cross and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of CoreNet, the N.E. Jesuits Finance Committee, the Financial Executives Institute, The Chief Executives Club of Boston, the United Way Real Estate Breakfast Committee, a board member of the Charles River Country Club and is a Trustee of the Central New England Multiple Sclerosis Society.
