Richard J. Fahey

As a founding partner of FHO Partners, Rick has been in the real estate business for over 25 years, concentrating his efforts on working with corporate and institutional clients in Boston and across the country. Rick and his teams have acted as portfolio and transaction managers for several corporate clients including American Express, Ameriprise Financial Services, Boston Financial Data Services and Fidelity Investments assisting clients in implementing portfolio-wide strategic initiatives. In addition to his practice in Boston, Rick has completed assignments in almost every major city throughout North America including headquarters project for ING in Windsor, CT; Wachovia in Boston; Boston Financial Data Services in Quincy; Ameriprise Financial in Omaha, NB and over 200 projects for Ameriprise and American Express.
Prior to founding FHO Partners, Rick was a Principal of Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of Trammell Crow Company. He was named a top producer at Trammell Crow Company from 1999 to 2005.
Rick is a former Board of Directors of Boston Federal Savings Bank and is a member of Board of Visitors of New England Baptist Hospital. He is an active member of Corenet Global and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
