Barbara C. Elia
Partner
Barbara Elia, who has been in the real estate business for over 20 years, was named a Partner at FHO Partners upon its formation in February 2007. She oversees the delivery of research and lease management services at the firm, working with many of our corporate clients.
Over the past several years, Barbara has focused her efforts on providing our clients with the tools they need to best manage their real estate portfolios – including software selection assistance, lease abstracting, report development and analysis. Her previous experience was concentrated in research where she managed the production of market reports, both locally and nationally, and worked on numerous client consulting projects, including site selection studies and demographic analyses.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Barbara was a Vice President of Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company, where she was named a Senior Vice President. Before joining Trammell Crow Company, Barbara spent five years in New York City where she worked in the national research group at Cushman & Wakefield.
Barbara received a BA from Trinity College and is actively involved as a mentor at the Dearborn Middle School in Boston.
