Susan E. Donovan
Senior Vice President
Sue Donovan has been in the real estate business for over 12 years. She concentrates her efforts primarily assisting major corporate clients like Fidelity, Kronos and Staples, transacting leases and managing corporate leased portfolios throughout North America and other international locations as well. Sue also assists several institutional clients in the Metrowest / Route 495 Central Market in their leasing of office and R&D space. Sue began her real estate career as a financial analyst in asset management before moving into brokerage nine years ago.
Prior to DTZ FHO Partners, Sue was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and a Financial Analyst for Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Opportunity Fund.
Sue received a BA from Simmons College.
