FHO Partners’ research professionals provide information and analyses utilizing a variety of proprietary in-house databases supplemented by external resources and contacts. The research department’s primary functions include: maintaining property and lease comparable databases; compiling market information; producing statistics and reports; and providing economic, demographic and business data.

Additionally, the department utilizes mapping software to evaluate a range of data and has completed a number of consulting projects for clients including relocation studies, labor market analyses and employee demographic reports.
